If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
The Platform operates in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as its primary account currency. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are denominated in IDR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on zom188 are subject to these general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to abide by the applicable wagering and validity requirements in full.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is clearly stated in the bonus description. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from those funds.

zom188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe; prolonged inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or security risk to the Platform.
An Account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. A monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from dormant account balances each month until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by logging in. Users will be notified via registered email before dormancy fees commence.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to zom188's operating entity for resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through good-faith negotiation or the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws before using the Platform. zom188 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
